July 26, 2019....Gather up all shareholders, I need your approval to uplist this company and we have a "very small window" to get this done ! ...meanwhile 6 months later .."Well it wasn't such a small window after all...heck , I don't even have the board members seated"....carry on folks , sorry for the urgency to meet ..going to be awhile ...MY BAD !
