The name of the new brand will be released wothin a week with the news of the merger. Paperwork is being signed within days. We look forward to growing IGEX and taking the whole company to a new level.

As i read it, they complete the first before executing on the second. Today Should be an announcement on the first. Otherwise the ceos got to clarify his previous statement.
