There is no restricted funds. The only thing restricted that this turd has is the near 5b restricted shares it has, that have a worthless value right now because the stock is at 0 bid. even if they could be sold the value would be 50k.

This is a bankrupt, defunct shell with 0 money, 0 business license, 0 assets, and scam artist do nothing management that only dilute at every chance they get.
