You're using the term IPO very loosely, and it's scary because an IPO would mean dilution before we even start trading. The spin-off of the Fuels company to TRNX shareholders is done and wasn't an offering, nor was it public. A public offering, initial or later, would be dilution selling of newly minted TRNF shares to raise capital for the company. The commencement of trading for our TRNF shares isn't an offering.
