Not a problem. There will be an 8k once the transaction is complete. Scott will stay on as an advisor to the company for a set time. Our team will be built with major industry professionals with many years of building companies in our industry.

Thank you for your email. We are working super hard with Scott and team to make this merger happen this month. We have a tight LOI in place where they have turned other offers for Sinister down to work with me and IGEX. I think Scott covered that in a tweet. I am an under promise over deliver type of guy so I won't give a date, but I expect it to happen this month as long as there are no further delays from the lawyers on contract verbiage. Also like i stated in the release we are working on acquiring two smaller brands from a very large brand here in the near future as well. I have a lot going on so sorry for everyone if I am not on twitter daily, but I have bigger fish to fry to make IGEX the company I want it to be. Hope this answers your question and helps.
