NVLS downgraded "sell" @ goldman ....should have shorted it yesterday was getting tooooo OB<g

As mentioned at 7:00 and 8:09 Goldman downgraded NVLS to Sell from Neutral with a $25 tgt saying 1) they believe fundamentals are poised to be much worse than the Street is currently contemplating driven by NAND weakness that is already becoming apparent, 2) valuation looks stretched on peak EPS (19X peak) let alone normalized (25X), and 3) the firm believes the M&A speculation around the stock recently is nothing short of irresponsible as they think it is extremely unlikely that Novellus will be acquired at these valuations given lack of synergies with possible buyers.
