"and guiding the implementation of additional operational process controls."

hmmm...wonder what they saw that required more and tighter control?..whatever it was caused rice to have to go back and figure out what to do...

"During this trip, Rice and Prodigy Textiles’ management are also working with local government officials to assess and plan the allocation of additional land and facilities to grow Prodigy’s operations."

I think given the history kblb has with the Vietnamese government we can rest assured that nothing will happen quickly...and it sounds like they are at the "talking" stage right now...

"“Our production team continues to deliver on the lofty expectations we have outlined for them,” said Rice."

if 8 tons for the next year is a "lofty" expectation, its even less likely to be raised much...

"With production scale up now well underway"

not sure what "production scale" even means..

"Prodigy management and I are pressing forward with an even greater vision of where we can take the Company."

that's nice

Once again, wishful thinking prevails.

Hope, please note the language in the PR: "During this trip, Rice and Prodigy Textiles’ management are also working with local government officials to assess and plan the allocation of additional land and facilities to grow Prodigy’s operations."

Step 1: Work this officials to assess and plan allocation
Step 2: Obtain funding to grow operations
Step 3: Construct new facilities
Step 4: Move into new facilities
Step 5: Expand operations

If we are currently in the planning phase, it will take at least a year to get through the rest of the steps. We will NOT expand operations in 2020, given the current state.

Remember how long it took to renovate the existing facility? Even if we were expanding into existing space, after renovations took place, it would be close to the end of the year.

Another issue that KBLB has not addressed: Do we have enough mulberry to expand production? If not, and they started planting trees now, it would be Q3 or Q4 before additional harvests could be made.

KBLB gave us an estimate of 'more than 8 tons.' But this does not mean 'much higher.' It will take time and resources to scale up production.

Please don't give anyone a false impression that this process will happen much faster than the company itself projected. That is simply wishful thinking.
