thanks for the answers - if their test was for through-the-earth signal, 1800ft clearly exceeds the previous benchmark and would obliterate anything else on the market currently.

Many of your links were to articles found on the company's media coverage page - unusual that the date on the articles all seemed to be from the same day. It would be nice if Mr. Kanno would hold interviews like the one he did that day every couple of months; I think I heard that MoneyTV was going to cover IPKL for 3 months.

Anyway - the game became more interesting for me last night, after reading up on the company. If they were to obtain MSHA certification, and MSHA came out with a ruling that required their product (or equivalent) in all US mines, that'd be a piece of news worth investing in.
