The float of RGGI is only low because of that 1 for 10,000 split back in 2016. With Marvin Winnick as the accountant and now OTC PROBITED LAWYER Carl Smart involved here the PPS of RGGI isnt worth the paper the shares are printed on.
Its sure a good thing Patel did that R.S. other wise this ticker would have 11 BILLION shares outstanding now and the PPS equivalent today would only be 0.0002.

What a knee slapper this joke of a company is!
