It says on the OTC company profile: The Casino property will contribute 12 acres of their property valued at $24 million as part of the equity necessary to develop the train station. The Company will raise the remaining monies from RIFF loans and equity.

We all know what that means..... I am also waiting for just a bid to unload mine, I’m done waiting around for this 10 year California to Vegas nonsense to happen.
