I looked over his LInkedIn profile and he has some solid experience. In retrospect his predecessor hopped from place to place. I'm hoping the move to separate TK was on purpose and a reaction to tepid growth of new business rather than her leaving on her own. I took this as a positive step frankly. We'll see obviously.
