Ouch! This is getting ugly here with TRCH, and now more dilution coming and the new Prospectus out AH yesterday doesn't fill in the blanks on how much dilution and at what share price. Glad I did not buy this Pig at $1.50 in mid-2017 on the notion that this was going to get quickly bought out way above that.
