LongCA looks like GOOD NEWS to me! David Silverstone is still the contracting officer. We know he's on our side and IMO not a big fan of Omega after the shit they pulled.
January 8, 2020. Let see what happens.
From the brief, I love this part;

Since this acquisition is intended to be a 100% Small Business set-aside, only Small Businesses will be considered for award of this requirement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 488190 and the Product Service Code (PSC) is V121.

Not quite correct - I did explain it but it was some time ago.

The US Navy asked detailed questions at the Industry Day - see the pdfs in the reference - and additional questions under "COMMENTS, CLARIFYING QUESTIONS, AND RESPONSES".

Any company that wanted to be considered to be part of the MAC needed to provide their answers to the questions - and any comments on the Draft Request For Proposals - by January 8 (that will be close of business) if they had not already done it by any of the following means:

- Before the Industry Day in writing if not attending.

- At the Industry Day if they attended and had the answers.

- After the Industry Day at any time up to January 8, 2020.

Then, the way I read it is the Draft Request For Proposals - again see the pdf in the reference - will be rapidly (like almost immediately) turned into the actual Request For Proposals with a deadline for submissions that still ensures the MAC can be put in place in DoD Q2 before the current Omega sole source contract extension expires.
