You’re most likely wrong I see the the RS being around 1/100 give or take. The $4 requirement is not set in stone like everyone would like to think. It can be $3 or even $2 if you meet other requirements.

I think they RS around .04-.05 and up-list with a big PR before and after.

Just IMHO if they planned on RS at .018 they could’ve done that a LONG TIME AGO.

AG has shares that will be affected by the RS also.

Not to mention that would leave almost no float a 1/100 leaves 22.9million

That will be useless with those numbers, 1-400; They will get no volume on that type of resulting float, ie between 10-20K share volume per day. Makes no sense. $VRUS
