Don't take it personally - you're not alone...It's just plain futile to guess on a negative outcome -with no hard facts to substantiate it!, it's like yelling fire in a crowded theatre...but there's no evidence of any fire?
The way I see it right now - is we need the "air permit" in hand, and the "project funding" secured, that's it!!, breakout the RED shovel...whoop whoop!
