YEP !!! It was pumped from 0.1 to 0.6 for RS !!! - see the price in 2019 January, it was at 5, then sank to 0.1 !!! that should tell you
The next is MM come to know about RS, so they pump it hard, and short
Now they cover at 0.15 by year end as they dilute this for next RS by 2020 end, when this will be at 0.1
