The fact that they are on the list at all is a positive.

The fact that they do all have the same date, could mean this is the first list of the year that have been entered into to data base also. Not sure I accept the insinuation that this means nothing. Even if it is as you say it means we are a lot closer than we thought and FDA is prepared and on top of the situation when things come to fruition.

Just did a random sampling of their SRO list

Correct, it reflects the once a month update. Unclear when PMCB initially appeared on the list. Or what the trigger was for it (e.g. pre-IND meeting, etc).

Unless one is a FDA employee, it's meaningless. The FDA may track in a database for their employees every possible biotech that may have past/current/future dealings with the FDA. But it doesn't mean as another post suggested that the FDA is on high alert, waiting with baited fish breath for the mythical IND and Kenny Wonder Treatment to arrive. The FDA waits for nothing.

Yes, you are correct. PMCB has been on the list for at least 2 years. The 1/3/20 is the last time the list was updated which is monthly. There are 8754 companies listed on the SRO list including large companies and penny stocks (other otc market) and some could be sub penny stocks if anyone wants to check the list on the link below.

All companies that do not have a record of sales of FDA-regulated products will be deemed to be significantly regulated if its operations are predominately in fields regulated by FDA, which PMCB is. If any announcement comes out it is just coincidental. There is also a statement saying " or if its research, development, or other business activities are reasonably expected to result in the development of products that are regulated by FDA"which just means since PMCB is working on a potential product involving Pancreatic Cancer it also falls in this category.
