IMO the leaking vapes might have initiated a 100% recall. If so the question has to be what arrangements are made with the manufacturer/supplier for reimbursement?
Regardless, it's not the way you want to start.
Being a first mover to get vapes into customers' hands is the easiest way to get a satisfied customer to buy the same product again.
