Wondering the same thing. Not sure how it works either. I know they’re “retired to the treasury” so my guess is they’re off the float but still in the OS. Guessing they’re Jason’s to use for the next acquisition or 2?

they are cancelled. my understanding is that they cannot be reissued. if they wanted to use it for acquisitions, they would not have cancelled, but held it for reissue in the treasury.
