Sorry, but based on my detailed findings last night, it is not the company selling any shares. Just a day or 2 for some Level 3 confirmation of the findings and I will unleash a magnitude of the truth all supported by numbers, filings and agreements filed with the SEC. No BS here! At this point a great relationship with the T/A can prove extremely beneficial in fact finding! Did you know the T/A knows who any additional shares are issued to? Even the company needs the shares transferred into a brokerage account if they want to sell the shares on the open market. Funny how important a T/A can be! JMHO
