Nothing can happen OUTSIDE OF THE CCAA while the CCAA is in progress. Nothing. The CCAA and Chapter 15 were entered to protect the company from its creditors and protect the interest of the creditors, so anything and everything that happens gets court approval and there are no exceptions.
