If this is a classic pump and dump with a pink sheet ticker that just came to life, and the music is stopping, God help everyone who loaded up on these shares, as there simply is not enough liquidity on the Bid side right now for anyone who wants out to get out. Time will tell.
And, if someone is going to bring value into this ticker thorough a reverse merger, the existing shareholders here will not likely end up with much, if any, of the resulting equity in any new capitalized company. No one is just going to gift value and assets to shareholders in a recently dormant ticker with no current verifiable assets.
