I don't believe Mark has lied per se. I just believe he doesn't keep to his promises very well.

Seriously? LOL!!!!

Over and over and over again, financial reports promised and never delivered, 5 years worth. In this case, "not keeping his promises" very well" is exactly equal to lying, per se or otherwise.
