Might be some truth in your statement. Protecting investors by shutting it down when most were actually in profit is kinda odd to me but what do I know....GL
I totally understand your sentiment, but what if the PPS was at .0001 instead of .0046 when they suspended the ticker? I guess my point is that the SEC doesn’t care about PPS (or unrealized shareholder value) when shutting down tickers. They simply see a ticker in non-compliance and do their thing, thereafter.
They’re just following SOP, whether we like it or not. Unfortunately...
