Includes 17,224,160 shares held in the name of TRT Pharma Inc., a company resulting from the amalgamation of Advanomics Corporation and 4019318 Canada Inc. Dr. Slilaty is an officer, director and principal shareholder of TRT Pharma Inc. and, as a result, controls the disposition of these shares.

Now we know what happened to their "parent" company: advanomics. What a tangled scam! Share selling scam!!!!

Funny all their verbiage, about artificially created value, they forget they did this a year ago?!?! Already back to embarassing. Perhaps you just run a worthless company. Stop scamming people!!!!
