These two documents to show that he did resign a year before the company was suspended, but he did resign with no disagreements with the company.

He resigned 7 months before they were suspended so maybe he saw the writing on the wall and got out. That is why I’m still watching.

Leonard Armenta was CEO of AR*H in 2017. I see you had experience with him from back then. Did Leonard earn a good reputation while at ARN* ? I haven’t found much info on that ticker.
