You do realize that market makers can and do play dirty tricks to deceive
They have the ability to sell shares that don’t exist...... So
MM #1 sells 300k shares on the bid to MM#2 who then sells them on the bid to MM#3 who in turn fills MM#1 who is back on the bid

It appears that 900k has been dumped on the bid when in actuality no shares have changed hands

Happens every day when makers get short they do this to entice selling
