The CD has no end in sight! 3 months and counting!

If this was something simple, it would have been resolved by now! Could be YEARS to get resolved... if ever!

There are plenty of clean shells out there that can be had for a few $100k!

Clean and can be acquired and merged with immediately!

And guess what? The company would have 100% of the outstanding shares!

HDII is a dirty shell, and simply not worth the effort!

Only a Chinese shell SCAM would be interested in it!
