There arent any SEC FILINGS for UNVC. Dalton had UNVC deregistered from the SEC 10 years ago. Issuing financial information as an alternative reporter to the OTC is voluntary and its quite obvious Dalton doesnt give two hoots about the UNVC Joe six pack investor.
