At the end of the regular season, OTC and Vic were tied for the King prize---end of story--unless you want to elevate someone who finished the regular season behind them...

ps....we've also never had a tie for the King at the end of the regular season before this season in the 5 years I've been scorin' it...

You are counting playoff tie breaker points as regular season. That shouldn't be the case. Though, I do appreciate the bump. Lol
