If this shell is neglected long enough, it will most likely get deleted by FINRA.

I have three questions at this juncture....

1) Is it really abandoned?
2) Does this company have value "as-is"? Meaning, is it really considered a "shell"? It's never made one filing with the SEC. Does that mean it could be used as a vehicle for a reverse merger — or not?
3) Can it be taken over through the custodial process if someone so desired , assuming it's actually abandoned?
