while i think goodin and maurizio do not have a clue in hell how to run a public company properly unless you have some proof you should stop short of calling them scam artists. If you are simply teed off at the price of the shares and the utter lack of any communication from goodin or maurizio you join the other 5 or 6 thousand shareholders who feel exactly the same way. However this does not prove a scam!!!
