It’s not his job to “run the pps”. It’s only their job to prove the science and bring it to market. The revs (or lack thereof) will “run” the market cap in one direction or the other. The pps itself will only depend on the share structure . The only current investors who will lose are the ones who trade actively. Anyone holding long will get the same percentage gain:loss based on % of market cap owned regardless the “share count”
