"It depends on whether or not Jane is still going into the office. The other person that goes in regularly is the bookkeeper. If either of those two still need it I'd go with the coworking option.

Jane Harness was my first thought for the relocation. I believe she resides in Woburn, MA, a neighboring town of Wakefield, which would reduce the travel time dramatically, mathematically speaking, in the Rt 128 corridor. The book keeper(Dianne?-I forget her name but did speak with her. She was/is still? a temp twice a week,maybe-was there Tuesdays and Thursdays and heralded from Boxford,MA.. not far from Beverly.

There is only one person who can address the majority of questions posted here, but the phone is not working, and even if it was, past history shows no one's home.
