Good angle of view. One thing is for sure - the RS was not done to dilute shares endlessly. If so they failed horribly at an opportunity to collect tons of capital to begin with.
The move in my opinion is definitely a forward looking action that captures value one way or another for the decision makers taking over this ticker. I’m picking up plenty of shares here when this starts trading again. Hoping for a big scare in the first couple of weeks. There will be some here for the 10 and 20% moves.
