If I remember correctly you were also having issues making buys when shares were sitting on the ask. Maybe switch your MM???

Well I did have the sale marked All or nothing. That way they can't buy 100 shares and cost me commission which is what usually happens in this situation. But 1,000,000 shares is only $100 so that shouldn't be an issue but it seems to be. But there are obviously shares on the ask being hidden.
