yes...stockholder equity has to be at least $4 mil...that's after liabilities are subtracted....such as the millions of dollars owed to kim…

that's why qfs stated kim would need about $8 mil total to meet that $4 mil equity requirement...

talk about needing a gift!...lol

Kim’s November 26, 2019 letter to shareholders:
