The last 10-Q filed before they deregistered from filing with the SEC shows....

As of November 14, 2011, 60,015,872 shares of the registrant’s common stock were outstanding.

There hasn't been much trading since that would account for much more than that even if they were diluting as the company wrapped up their operations.
