Strategy, was that transaction 6 years ago...

Insiders selling their shares? I think probably not. More likely it was a transaction between companies where comapny A sold authorized shares and/or shares in their Treasury from buybacks.

My point is and was that it is impossible for insiders to dispose of shares at levels above the current market price.

For the most part we are on the same page though.
