We are down from 0.18 to 0.11 since the dumpage started.
You can buy 10% of the company for a lousy $500k at these prices.
There has to be only one buyer to keep the price up at these levels.

There are no "arrangements".
It's a perfectly natural market as far as I can see. If you can call the dumping at 1% of book "natural".
