Yeah! A penny stock gamble.

A gamble with a signed deal where the partner says the project is progressing and expecting per-construction productions of Q Dots in Q1 of 2020.

Also this gamble picked up another marketable option will QTMM make any sales with this new option who knows, at least QTMM keeps trying.
