Remember Cortez's claims that the harvest was delayed because the State was delayed in the test report? He played that "Harvest next week" for months all the time knowing the tests reported hot and the fields had to be destroyed. He dumped 100's of millions of shares on the market at the time.

That is the definition of fraud.
