You have to do alot of DD on Ucore to know what it has and will be getting . Ucore is after MART witch IBC owns and is court right now , in NS it is in discovery mode of 60 days and that should have started on or about December 18 2019 . Ucore has a very good case or that is what Ucore has informed the stockholders , guess Ucore paid all the bills and research and has a binding contract to buy . JMHO do your DD on that statement
