No, actually it is just the opposite, Technology AND the law has passed us by, we missed our chance. The penalty for TX and drive here in Fl. is high enough that you would be a fool to run the risk, people can still think for them selves, no need for an app. Sure there will be some that chance it but at a highly reduced rate.
