The problem is you don't know what you don't know... none of us do.
I imagine multi-national, multi-billion dollar corporations and the vast number of executives, accountants, lawyers, regulators and sundry lackeys are working on multiple time tables.
And... my practical view (coming from a 4 billion dollar consumer products multi-national corporation)... nothing happens during the holiday season.
In fact... December is practically a lost month in the corporate calendar.
Any company with fiscal year JAN-DEC spends a chunk of November and all of December working on compliance, accruals and next year's budgets... not to mention all those holiday lunches, break room parties and the big holiday party in some ballroom where everyone gets their year-end bonus.
Chill and trust your DD. It'll all be over when it's over.
