It's not the frequency of PRs that dilutes the message. It's the lack of delivery on the content of the PR that dilutes the message. If you repeatedly fail to deliver the advertised goods... then your PRs become the subject of cynicism and derision. You lose your credibility.

If a company's management loses its credibility... then it loses its voice.

The company with diluted credibility has no truth in it.
PR SHOULD BE ISSUED BY PARTNERS OR UK MEDIA AS PROMISED by diluted company.
