Except that the LAW does not permit that to occur in the case of bankruptcy.

It is over - the stock is worthless. And that will not change.

Shareholders have been wiped out, and they will not receive anything in the future, no matter how "patient" they are.

Anybody that desires to know what happened to this company in this bankruptcy/CCAA proceeding needs to read the monitor's reports, court motions and orders. There were many possible outcomes when the process began, but the things that did happen are documented.
