Good point. Precautionary measure. License will be bringing in Revs in 2020 and will boost the price.

Wondering if 2 factors might also be at play.

1. Are investors lined up but based on SP being at a specific PPS minimum?

2. Is an uplist with the planned revs an option and thus a small RS beneficial when executed correctly (if needed) to get SP to a certain target?

What are your thoughts?
