Did we listen to the same thing? Minus your negative spin on all points generally, specifically he said regarding funding that he’s hoping not to have to raise funds and that cash on hand plus warrant exercised could fund us. He can’t say that for sure or not because it is not up to him when people exercise... so we are still taking funding as needed.

Dr. Nader stated the 87 million financing deal was with upfront and milestone payments. Regarding financials, he said that he is seeing warrants being exercised, which is bringing money in to the company. He also said BLA will be submitted in January.

You may want to re-listen as your notes are misleading.

Amatuer , - before we all start to celebrate this New Year , let me give some answers to your points here , .
My understanding , but I believe it is right ..

-1) we know from many interviews an CC , it is by milestone , everyone understand that..

-2) he said , FDA agreed with 700 mg , clear to me at least.

-3) he said that part 2 of BLA and part 3 , CMC , will be done in January.

-4) funding he said , people exercising their warrants and for now we will go with that..

-5) about his M-i-L he said , some doctors gave her one month , some 2-3 , but she had radiation to her brain, and this extended her life , and now with Leronlimab she started to have a quality life.

-6) they have 20-30 patients ( not 12-15 ) looking for treatment here as a last resorts.

I know my English is not as good as your , but I hope I could help.

Happy New Year to All...

1. During start, in the updates he says that partner has given $87 million - this gives the impression that they got 87 million.
In reality he got 0.50 million cash, 4 millions as part of dilution ( typically V should not have got discount and warrant).

Here is exactly what he said - "We announced licensing agreement with Vyera pharmaceuticals which gave us $87 million dollars milestone payments."

2. He starts with saying that for BLA submission they are waiting for FDA on dosing - however after few sentences he confirms that FDA has told them about 700 mg dosing and they can submit BLA.

So what is really true? Did FDA confirmed 700 mg or not?

What he actually said - "We have told the public that we were waiting for the FDA to let us know if we need to file the BLA for 700 or 525mg dose these are the results of our monotherapy was so strong that the FDA said combination therapy need to go to a higher dose and use some of the data from the monotherapy. We are logged to do 700mg data, the FDA agreed with that and we are submitting the clinical and manufacturing portion of our BLA this month, I mean next month which is January.

3. He mentions that they think they can complete BLA in Jan - we have not seen CMC and other parameter PR. Hope they can do it. Based on his time, I do not think the BLA will be submitted in Jan.
I had predicted in Oct that BLA will not be submitted in Dec. I still think that they cannot do it in Jan

Our first manufacturer already has an approved CMC for leronlimab in clinical use. There have been no issues in the years they've manufactured for Cytodyn and the new CMC submission would only have to tweak the existing CMC.

4. He skipped question on funding.

interviwer : Nadar, I started to talk a little bit about the funding. We're coming up on a break but I just wanted to discuss that first before we go to our first break. Tell us how the funding is going.

Nadar : Well the warrants that we have out there are so many warrants we have 170 million or so. But the worst thing for or cap table but now that's the best thing for us because people are exercising them we're recieving funds and we might not do another fundraising and let the warrants take care of us. Which you know gives us quite a bit of funding that's what we're going to do going forward.
