There is NO Debt !! You must be looking at the wrong Ticker !! They are in the Black with the books and money coming in hand over fist and they are about to retire 38.5mil shares if anything this should be trading well in the 0.04-0.05 Range! Perhaps you should do some Real DD ! I have been here for 9 years!!!..
